EasyTrace have developed a sophisticated, easy to use Cashless Catering system designed specifically for the education market. Speed and simplicity were key factors in the design of this module and the benefits have been evident to all who now use it.

We supply cashless catering to the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors of education. Our cashless solution uses Windows XP-based software along with 15” hospitality touch screen POS tills. Administration of the system can be conducted at any PC authorised to do so.

Included in the software is a reporting facility that is easy to access and use, and provides information for a detailed financial analysis of all transactions on the system. These reports can also show what a customer has eaten, how much they have spent and the stock currently held. There are many other reports – these are only a snapshot!
