The Company was formed in 1991 as a software provider for the commercial sector, and in 1997 commenced the first stage of development of the EasyTrace software suite for education.
By 2002 EasyTrace were awarded Sims Premier Partner status. EasyTrace are now recognised as being at the forefront of cashless catering solutions designed specifically for the education sector. Our SQL database links with Sims.NET, CMIS and other MIS systems for the retrieval of images and data direct into our cashless catering and access control software. We have clients all across the UK in Primary, Secondary & Tertiary areas of Education.
This success has been achieved due to a number of factors: We have always focused on a single identifier (magnetic stripe cards, contactless cards or fingerprint) linked to a single database that is accessible by any authorised user. The card identifiers we use have been able to integrate with existing systems; Meanwhile our Biometric Fingerprint solution is consistently chosen over its rivals.
